We are excited to announce the much-anticipated Kalanga Traditional Food Culinary Competition, hosted by the TG Silundika Cultural Community Centre! This vibrant event, aimed at preserving and celebrating the rich culinary heritage of the Kalanga culture, will take place on Saturday, 29 March 2025 at the TGS Cultural Community Centre.

This competition will be an incredible opportunity for culinary enthusiasts to showcase their skills while honoring traditional Kalanga dishes. Contestants will have access to fully equipped kitchen facilities and five cooking stations will be provided. Each participant will have three hours to prepare their delicious creations, which will be judged on creativity, taste, and presentation.

The event is open to everyone, making it a perfect occasion to learn about Kalanga cuisine and enjoy a day filled with cultural experiences. Don’t miss your chance to participate or cheer on the talented contestants!
